move quickly - once your packet of information reaches a US Server you
are subject to US Law. You are a foreign national so you have no
protections. Example Anime depicting child sex in a cartoon is protected
by the United States and also California where I live - It could be
called animated Child Porn. If you post and it hits a US Server you can
be charged with distribution of Porn but I cannot as I have protection of
the US Supreme Court and the State of California - yes the US can charge
you even if in another country
