First USA Law states that you may photograph anything you see - Second Each
Individual State of the 50 decides what you may record in Audio - because
that is called Eavesdropping. California where I live now requires that
both parties know the conversation is being recorded. A printed word is a
conversation under California Law as there are people unable to speak and
rely on a typewriter to communicate. You Tube which is based in California
allows posting until someone says this violates You Tube Standards at which
time it is removed.Usenet propagates material based on when it was posted
not subject to removal as it has already been published. I always give my
correct email address and proper credit info as I am subject to USA Law.
Copyright Law was changed so that you may not publically display something
containing the copyright of another unless Copyright fees have been paid. I
have tons of material that is copyright free.
