When you post through Usenet you essentially use a VPN provided by the
usenet provider - your header will show that it was posted by an IP
address like 000.00.0000 if you believe they do not keep logs. If
worried by logs use bitcoin and an internet cafe. Posting from your
internet provider through a VPN will leave a trail. You need to use two
VPN's one to post to and then point it to another VPN. Extremely
difficult for Usenet but useful for Internet. As for as movies I post
you are aware I generally split files - so you need to join files into
one single movie. HJSplit is freeware and will join the files correctly.
Any Microsoft player will call home to Microsoft and state that XYZ is
playing on your computer since version 6.4 or so. For privacy Media
Player Classic or VLC (VideoLan) is a better choice. BTW if you open the
001 file with VLC you do not need to join the split parts VLC will play
the movie completely. But if you want to save the movie you really need
to join it. Then for the split parts use Eraser set at DoD standard of at
three passes to delete. If anything has been deleted on your system
without using Eraser then obtain CCCleaner and have it do a wipe free
space using 3 pass DoD
