BTW your usenet arsenal should include HJSplit as it will ignore article
size differences on rejoin - it is freeware - but if you are a relative
newbie I will post part one and two exactly like balance so your software
can join correct. But HSSplit will ignore the differences as long in
numerical order - i,e, 001, 002, 003, etc
