Depends on your definition of "safe". It's crazy-full of pop-ups, probably
malware scripts and other naughty bits. Some browser applications get
quickly overwhelmed. I use a VPN, Chrome, and Malwarebytes. This seems to
work for now. But your results may vary.
I know nothing about P2P.
