It is the webmaster who is responsible for this anomaly. I can access DUOT
and and NaomiT. If I can access these websites it has nothing to do with
google or my ISP or javascript or any of these other fucking theories
floating around. The problem here is that nobody is conveying this back to
the website so they can figure out what they're not doing right technically
to make the site viable.
