I had the same problems a few months ago with Giga.
I used x-news and changed to forte agent, now all is well,
no incomplets, just a thought.
x-news is good, but its old and does'nt handle multiple connetions or
ssl.
seemed to work for me.
Yeah, I know, changing things from the norm is hard.
but hell, can't always sleep with the same lame and usless chick.
time to move on!
