There is software to transform 2D photos into 3D, my understanding is that it
doesn't
look too good but I have never tried it myself. A quick Internet search with
duckduckgo.com
should give you some results.
To film something in real 3D is possible, but the cameras are very expensive
and directed at
professionals, and then you would need a 3D screen to see the images, which few
have, to
top it up the size of a single real 3D photo or film is huge and hard to post.
