I didn't download that specific file but I know that many times viruses are
given long names so that the user
does not see the final extension. For example:

sdsdsddsljjloeiwejoweiweowewewennwenwenweoi343434ioio34.jpg.jpg.jpg.jpg.EXE

Besides a good antivirus I would advise people to get a good firewall, I am
using PCTools firewall and it
is free, pretty good.
