I am troubled by something which happened yesterday. I do not know
enough about authenicated users and permissions to understand what
happened, but this is it in a nutshell:
I downloaded some of Manny's great posts from Casey and others
yesterday, the ones actually posted in the group. But when I checked
my drive today to make sure eveyrthing was organized propely, I found
THREE folders with other pictures of these same girls, folders
downloaded YESTERDAY but NOT BY ME. These folders contained hardcore
material that I would have deleted the second the original rar file
was extracted. The folder also appears under AUTHENTICATED USERS. I
do not have any authenticated users, and that indicator has never
appeared on my computer before. I have NO router, NO network and
share my computer with NO ONE.
Does anyone have any idea how this happened?
In case I did not make this clear, these folders were created
YESTERDAY (11-06), I did NOT download them, and they were NOT listed
among the posts. I never saw any of the pictures in those folders
before this morning. I checked carefully to be sure that they were
not old things I had forgotten, but that is impossiible, due to the
file creastion date and the fact that I would have deleted the images
or even discarded the hard drive itself if I had known such photos
would appear on my computer.
