loko is using Newsbin 5.54 to post, same as Sanfan (hmmmm).
Newsbin 5.54 does not post correctly. It is corrected in 5.55. It is what
we have tried to be helpful in cajoling Sanfan to fix. (helpful, not
complaining, other than about Sanfan's arrogant intransigence about using a
defective poster)
Look at the raw attachments for yourself:

> =yend size=600000 part=0 pcrc32=1
Part=0 and pcrc32 are invalid.

(The error in single part files is different but similar.)
If you do not get an error, Scouse, then Newsrover does not verify the
CRC32 in each yenc part footer and will extract corrupt files without
warning.
