in the create par2 window up at the top in the middle there is a
checkbox 'split files'
limit size to 15000000 is what i use

offline explorer enterprise works good but there are a few things you
should do if you use it
it will, for no reason, rename "_24" to "_5F24"
you really should name them back
it also creates a "Descr.WD3" file in every folder
that should be deleted
also, make sure there is no thumbs.db files in there
