Identifying Newsbin incorrect and correct (ver. 5.55+) posts:
Headers:
"X-Postfilter: 1.3.40" = Newsbin 5.54 and later
"X-Postfilter: version#", e.g. 5.53, earlier versions still did not
identify Newsbin by name as the posting agent and are all yenc corrupt.)
