When I had Giganews there were sometimes problems with latency in posts
getting completed-it would take up to a day for things that had already
been reported as being completed by other users on different providers.
Astraweb is ridiculously cheap and offers great retention and
completion, you might want to check them out.
Of course it may take 2 days for this post to show up on Giganews.
