It's a bit like a guy in a car blowing his top at another driver,
secure behind his glass-and-steel shell. If the other guy gets out of
his car, the mood immediately changes.
Some years ago now, notorious Sydney (Australia) gangster Neddie Smith
was first in line at the traffic lights. Lights turned green, Neddie
was not so fast at moving off. Behind him was a tow truck driven my
some poor hapless bugger. He made the mistake of honking his horn at
Neddie.
Neddie got out, walked back to the tow truck and killed the driver!
