They've added a new support service that totally sucks & now you can't
even view the latest news on the site. Not that they ever kept it up
to date anyway.
If you post on Astraweb, your posts show up on all other news servers
long before they show up on Astraweb. Completion rate has been
horrible the past month on their US farm.
Instead of fixing problems that have plagued them for months now, they
introduce new problems like this new cock-a-mamy support service.
