 I don't understand why they continue to rely on a third party instead
 of self-hosting their files. AMS has been selling sets with tons of
 slips for many years without having the rug pulled from under them.
 
 I can only guess that BM enjoys their cut and plays ball as much as
 they can while trying to stay out of trouble with Amazon. A truly
 above-board service would permaban clients like Silver for repeated
 ToS violations.
