Im clueless too but I installed grabit and when you open up a nzb file it
just does all of the work for you and stores the file in the grabit download
file. You just have to configure grabit correctly after you install it but
that is pretty easy.

You posted this message with Agent, so use that to import the NZB
file. File, Import and Export, Import NZB Files...
I have Agent set up with a folder named "NZB" and to import all files
directly into it (as opposed to a folder for whatever NG the files are
actually posted to).
