Seems roughly the same three-four images are missing from lots of sets,
which makes me believe that it's an erroneous file renamer, or lack of
knowledge on how to use it properly. Some renamers I know about are quite
finicky about settings.
Or, it's simply an asshat scheme to get people to ask/hunt for the
missing images.
