However, you didn't include the csv for issue 4
and also the title page included for issue 5
didn't match your csv.
I have a few bad ones that don't match your
csv (or the bourne ones posted by Sgt Pepper.)
However they are the same length as the ones
in the csvs so maybe I only need a few megs of
PARs to fix them.
