Embeded in the information of the video details of
 the encoding; this one has the following format
 information:
DivX 5.0, 360 x 288, Millions, 8-bit Unsigned Integer,
 Mono, 8.000 kHz

The file headers show this as a "MOOV" file.  It may serve
 you well to simply try changing the file extension to other
 varients (.mov, .mpg, .wmv) and try it with any of those.

Also, the viewers I have used are WM Player, DivX Player,
 Quicktime Player, and VLC (Video Lan Client).  VLC will
 play just about anything.
