I had a thought StigS. Does Hunter include the 'No Post' images as missing?
I set up my software to ignore those as they are not strictly missing.

That's interesting. I've never used Hunter so I don't know what it's like.
Can you manually check if some of the files reported by hunter are actually
missing? I've used the checker before and that sometimes gets files mixed up
that are in different locations. I believe my software avoids those issues.
If you find any files that Hunter says are missing and my software hasn't
found them, please let me know. I'm not sure how it is possible that my
software would miss any. Please let me know what you find.

Ok, your app ran very nicely thank you. However, I'm a bit confused as
it shows that I have only 147 missing files, yet when I run the same
collection using Hunter it tells me I have 2985 missing.
