I pulled the picture from www.alta-glamour.com. @ actual size. The
description states "Annotation of model's name in pen to margin", and
also from a unknown magazine. But after taking a look at Ms. Berne I
agree with you more on the resemblance. Best case to be made on the
other side is the wavy hairstyle I think.
