I too have her as Nina Carol from the US Glamour No 06 and other pics
from Eve Vol 01 No 01 1962 July.
Then the other two mentioned I don't see a relationship. Carol Ethel
Johnstone, a/k/a Ethel Johnstone, Sylvana Manto, Madeline Bannister has
different breast features.
Carol Hill is different, even though the two pics I have don't appear
to be the same, although one, Carol Hill Gaze Vol 03 No 26_1959
August_051 certainly is ID'ed and the other Carol Hill c. 1950s
doesn't appear to me to be the same.
