It's a pretty fair assumption most of the time. I have a Photoshop
Elements that I haven't installed yet. Now that I have it I'm wondering
if I'm too lazy to tackle the learning curve.

That's one of the items where I often find my manual methods too tedious
and often unsatisfactory. Wonder if that's in Elements? hmmm....

Ah, I see, it remains in the saved file. I'm not sure that there are
many likely to be interested in seeing the outline of the old logo,
though, but I could be wrong about that. I'm sometimes asked to see the
original logo image.
