 >You're right, I do need to focus more on vintage than contemporary
although that 1970s date should probably get an overhauling to include
some 80's and 90's at this point?    For example Sela Ward would fit
that mold now that her career is mostly behind her.
 >

A very good point, JJ. What was x years old then is now x+y years old,
where y is, gosh, 10 years or more. I think I began here around 1999 or
2000 & it was sometime afterwards that I saw the definition of
'vintage'. I don't know for sure how long the group had been online
before I found it, but it was a rather well-attended and quite active
group at the time.

 >
Would be helpful if someone (a veteran) would compose and post a
little ABPEV FAQ to include a short history of the group, a statement
of original intent to post circa 1970s and before, and a revision on
what might be acceptable though update during the last ten or twenty
years of the group?
 >

I don't know if we have anyone onboard that goes all the way back to the
start of the group. And I don't know if there's anyone on board thats
been here much longer than I have. Anyone? Please speak up!

I'm not sure that I'm sufficiently attuned to the history of the group
to gen up a FAQ but maybe the group could collaborate on something?
