The posted file is a .htm with the wrong extention. Change the extention of
what you have to
"w rpbert vaughnLP7.htm"
click it and it will open your browser, and go to the photobucket website.
That gets you to where the image really is and you can save it.
Same thing happened on CarolLynleyPearl.jpg .
