To me, the fact both appear in the same magazine issue would argue they're
likely different models. They sure look a lot alike though, so much that
perhaps that issue was an editor's 'joke'. I have the Michaels name from a
Leg Show issue, too (attached) & the photos are clearly from the same
modeling session. Interestingly, a Brandy Michaels is supposed to be on the
cover of a Late Show issue according to the Table of Contents (attached
last).
In none of the photos I have are there any positively identified
characteristics that certainly prove it the same or different person.
