Where to even begin?
First of all, the Virgina Bell posts are as found and collected over
many years.
Secondly, the picture is beyond doubt, of Virginia Bell. No question
about it.
Thirdly, some pictures in this set have been edited by the original
posters, probably using an effect called Colored Pen or something very
similar. There are many other options to change the standard b/w
view of an old picture. Some people apparently enjoy working with old
pictures by making such adjustments.
As always, if you don't like the look, move on and don't download it.
