Looks like your news service doesn't talk well to EasyNews.
I can only suggest:
1) When the headers first show up, wait a couple of days before
downloading in case they back-fill a bit more.
2) download and save the incomplete parts and use QuickPar to recover
the RAR files if you do get enough parts.
3) If you have web access to your news service, try that. That has
helped me at times with EasyNews, even if it is quite clunky to drive.
