My father was in and out of hospital with severe asthma for much of his
later live and evenually succumbed. With the treatments available today,
I'm sure he would have had a much better chance and many of the advances
in treatment are thanks to the work done by Asthma UK.

I'm afraid you are out of luck.
I did a great deak of research on this subject and believe that Koika
never published any Guy/Gal videos (or indeed photos). Sorry to
disappoint you - I would have loved to see this as well.
