This may be easier than you're thinking. As in tumblr, bdsmlr requires that
you open an account (free), and then you subscribe to relevant blogs (I
recently posted a lengthy list of their names.) Then, automatically, you
get a newsfeed with the latest postings from those blogs. If you like a
pic, you right click on it to download. (I'm talking Windows 10. I don't
know any other platform. All my browsers work, but I prefer Edge, because I
can drag my favorite sites to a taskbar at the top of the screen for easy
access.) I'm sure I'm missing something you need clarified, so get back if
I can help.
Once you follow a blog, I believe they suggest other similar ones, like
Pandora. My list has been built for some time now, so it's stable, but
occasionally I'll add a new one. I'm following 59 at the moment. Also,
tumblr has offered several new choices, filling in for those who left to
bdsmlr, and not all nsfw has been removed.
So there's no "harvesting", though maybe it can be done. I designed my news
feed by following 59 blogs, I see what they send me, and I pick what I like
from that.
