The time honored way is to complain to the ISPs. There are (or, were)
tools to get the full path of the post. Forwarding the information to
the ISPs can shut of some of this stuff. But, I wonder how effective
these methods are these days. Wonder if anyone cares to shut off
spam.
The other groups I mentioned do not seem to have gone dead
becasuse of spam/trolls. It looks like the posters just quit.
