File Joiner (fjoiner.exe), available at www.igorware.com/file-joiner,works
nicely joining .0001 series files. It is only documented to work with .001
series files but did auto-populate the Agatha - Knockers source files upon
loading the directory. Actually concatenated the files quickly. The 64-bit
version works will with Windows 10.
