Never trust anything on usenet that requires an executionable.
.bat .cmd .exe, and many more, should be avoided like Ebola.
Please do not even think of using them. Even if you are reasonably
tech minded, they can lead to seriously bad malware.
If anything is difficult to decode, there is probably a reeason for
it.
Dump it in the bit bucket!
