One of the problems with older books is that so many of them are
slabbed these days. From a collector's (and dealer's) perspective, I
get that but, from our perspective it sucks mightily. With unslabbed
copies, it's still unusual to find a dealer who will actually take the
trouble to post anything but the front (And maybe rear) cover.

Earlier this year, I asked a seller whether he would post a photo of
the IFC of a book I was trying to upgrade, and he actually obliged. As
long as we don't pretend we're going to buy the book, maybe we should
try this more often.
