Thanks for the reconstruction. Did you add any image processing to the
pages from "Archie Americana Series - Best of the Forties Book 2"
(besides color/layers adjustment)? My scan looks much closer to a
digital rip (near-solid colors, no "newsprint dots", also slightly
higher res), while your looks closer to classic 4 color print.
What other scans do you have of this series? I only have these
near-digital rips (scans of premium paper reprints? digital rips of
commericial scans?):
