It looks as if the original sources of your version and mine were
originally the same.
So I took the missing non-story pages from your edited C2C version and
added them to my unedited, non-C2C version, adjusting the paper colors
so they (more or less) match. Then I replaced the FC and BC with better
versions from HA and stuck the originals at the end. I did not mess
with the resolution and sizes since they look fine now in my reader.
As always, feel free to mess with the stuff I upload to make it your own.
