What may have been ripped:
I do not remember the details of how I ripped these.  Generally, I ripped nothing but warnings if the source was DVD 5.  If the source was DVD 9, I removed ads, dubbed languages, extras, ending credits (in that order) to maintain the highest quality possible while reducing it to DVD5.
