Since it's february I believe someone should say something about CSVs. So I can start with a very simple item: I'm not going to be updating any CSVs. I hope there are others here who will pick up that task. I am however re-posting as many as I have of the unfinished CSVs Karolus left us. If there are others you are missing ... maybe Harpo has them.
As far as I can make out the CSVs for Urakimon CD12 and Toro CD04 have never been declared final. The files I have are <Urakimon_CD12_ro_1966.csv> and <Toro_CD04_ro_1240.csv>. Maybe I'm missing something, but if not, perhaps the most practical thing would be to declare those files final? Comments and suggestions regarding CSVs would be welcome.
When I made my first post five months ago it was in the hope that others would be able to do the same and post whatever they had managed to collect for themselves. The sources that Karolus used fall into three categories. Those I know about and can access, those I know of but can't access and those I don't even know about.
Names for Cigarillo scans
I originally assumed that Meng would still be updating his Cigarillo CSV. Well maybe he is, but it seems none of us know how to acquire any CSV updates Meng might be making.
So this month I have for the first time tried to transcribe the crypitic names Cigarillo posts to real names. My observation is that when Cigarillo posts a scan of a subject he has not scanned before he gives the full name, but thereafter he posts just the given name, or a diminutive, or a nickname. Some of the subjects are easy to recognise, others are not. Some of the names are easy to decypher, others are not.
Here is a list of the names Cigarillo actually posted during february and in parenthesis, my transcription to a full name.
