 Unfortunately, the original engineering narratives for so many
 creations, aircraft or otherwise, simply do not exist.  I look at so
 many inventions and systems and find myself wondering about the
 engineering rationale for so many systems and subsystems.
 
 The cutaways at least provide some insight to the overall designs.
