 A little on the performances but a lot on the winds that are favorable
 or not. I remember a flight a few years back where the air speed was
 more than 600 mph but ground speed was only 540 due to contrary wind.
 Usually there a difference between east-west and west-east flight time
 but not on north-south or south-north
