Sad news...
I met last year in Manassas, where some CAF a/c were based, after the
flypast over Washington. We briefly evoked the World Air Power Journal
(in which one can find some of my pictures) era.
He was there, of course with some books he wrote. I got one issue of
"Mission to Berlin" associating "Diamond Lil" and a former assignment.

At least, his new mates, wherever he is, will have stories to hear :)
