Same thing: these are SA-3 Goa, aka system S-125 Neva.
On this photo we can id the subvariant as SA-3B (GRAU index 5V27, S-601).
Oh well. The nomenclature of Soviet missiles is as complicated as that of the
French Bordeaux wines, or that of the US Protestant church denominations.
The missile variants are plenty, and each has several designations.
Makes it interesting to write reports...
