First off, USENET as a whole doesn't have a *FRACTION* of 100 million users.
You can survey 100 people and not find 1 who even knows what it is.
Second, once you connect, you connect. You use a fake ID. If your wife sees
it, she isn't going to care what your alias is. If you can download files
then you can show some appreciation now and then.
Third, this is not free. You need to pay money for access and you need to
understand how it works. 20 years ago, no big deal.... today??? Yeah, not
exactly.
