I also meant to add that if I wait a bit and redownload new headers,
most of the time they complete. Of course this occurs because the
files are still uploading when I request new headers. Your files had
a time stamp of 3AM and I was downloading the headers at 6 AM--so it
wasn't because the files were still being uploaded.
