Actually I agree with you about the creepiness. That part wasn't what
I intended. My original idea was to make a Christina animated movie
like her early dance videos, but it was much harder than it looks.
When I couldn't make a Christina look alike I decided that the story
line was a girl obsessed with Christina to the point of wanting to be
her. There are tools that helped me make the model and animate it,
but I ran into problem after problem. I hate to admit it, but getting
it done was almost an obsession. Sound was almost impossible. I
wanted to use sound bites from CM movies, but every time she talked
there was either really bad audio quality or music in the background.
When I finally got the animation to where I could live with it the
rendering took two computers weeks working around the clock. I will
never look at Toy Story or Jungle Book the same.
Still this is my tribute to the years Christina gave me entertainment.
I hope someday she sees the video and laughs. Like a Star Trek fan
film it is only meant to entertain.
