I use Media Player Lite (which is free) http://www.mediaplayerlite.net/ to view
the vids.
Click the vid...as it plays, click 'File'...then click 'Save Thumbnails'...give
a file name, pick a folder and in the lower half of the prompt, it'll let you
configure the rows, columns, and pixels.
Simple...it's a no-brainer'...and it'll play ANYTHING!
