Ha, Ha...That sure has been true for some files. Everyplace I've looked (including the link above) says GigaNews has the best retention and 99.99 percent completion. Guaranteed! What are they smokin'?
Anyway, the great majority of the files I have trouble with are old. I've been told there's nothing to do about that. Just good luck or bad luck.
If I try a block account, is there one you reccomend for old files?
