 Have you tried with Zonalarm disabled ?
 
 Have you changed the server address ?
 to ssl-eu.astraweb.com or ssl-us.astraweb.com
 and use port 443 or 563 (119 is not useful).
 
 I can find nothing online to show that nzb-o-matic is SSL capable. Try a
 different downloader? I use Newsbinpro which costs $ but I've seen sabnzbd
 recommended.
 
 Alternatively you could use stunnel with nzb-o-matic but that is a little
 tricky.
